Build one capability across your team in six weeks
A paid pilot around one capability your team needs now, such as negotiation preparation or supplier relationship management. Each person finishes with a piece of real work, reviewed by their manager.
How the six weeks run
We agree the scope and the measures of success before it starts.
Agree the task
The capability, the learners, the work task each person will complete, and what a good result looks like.
Baseline
A short baseline exercise, or a SkillsGAP capability assessment for a fuller picture.
Learn and apply
A curated path through our online courses, a little each week, applied to the agreed work task.
Manager review
Each manager reviews their person's work. We report participation and completion, and agree next steps.
What we aim for, and report against
Proposed targets for each pilot: 80% of learners active, 70% completing the path, and a manager-reviewed work output from every participant. These are targets we agree with you, not guarantees, and savings are measured separately if you want them.
Everything the pilot includes
- Learning path access for every participant
- Baseline, work task design and manager review guide
- Participation and completion reporting from the learning platform
- Certificates with CPD hours for completers
- Any of our 49 instructor-led workshops, added where the team needs one
We quote for your team: it depends on the capability, the number of people and any workshops you add. You get a written proposal after the demo, and we invoice against your purchase order.

- 0 to 7 min: your task, learners and current approach
- 7 to 17 min: a relevant lesson and tool
- 17 to 22 min: what learners and managers see
- 22 to 30 min: pilot scope, measures and next step

What team buyers ask
Why start with a pilot?
It proves the approach on one capability with a real piece of work, before you commit to a wider program.
What does it cost?
It depends on the capability, the number of people and whether you add workshops, so we quote for each team. Book a demo and we will send a written proposal.
Can the pilot include a workshop?
Yes. Any of our 49 workshops can be added, in person or live online, and is quoted with the pilot.
Can our people use the online courses?
Yes, as part of a pilot or a program: we choose the courses for the capability you are building and set them as a learning path. People learning on their own can buy online courses directly.
What reporting do managers get?
Participation and completion for each learner, reported from the learning platform, and the reviewed work outputs.
Do participants get certificates?
Yes. Each completer gets a digital certificate with CPD hours, which you can verify online at any time.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Pilots and programs are invoiced, and we can quote against your purchase order.
